1. What format do you need my logo in? To make sure your branding looks as crisp and professional as possible, we ask for a high-resolution vector file. A PNG with a transparent background or an Illustrator file is ideal. Once you’ve placed your order, simply email it over to us and we’ll get to work!

2. What exactly is the difference between “branded” and “personalised”? Great question! “Branded” means we print your company logo onto the item. “Personalised” means we take it a step further and add your actual name alongside your logo. So, your notebook, thermal mug, and one of the ceramic mugs will feature both your logo and your name.

3. Are the mugs dishwasher safe? Yes! The two ceramic mugs are fully dishwasher and microwave safe, so your logo will stay looking sharp brew after brew. For the thermal travel mug, we recommend a quick hand-wash to keep the print looking its absolute best.

4. How long will it take for my box to arrive? Because we don’t hold pre-printed stock and everything is bespoke and printed to order in-house, it usually takes us 2-3 working days from receiving your logo to create your order. During busy times this might be a little longer but we’ll keep you informed.

5. What colour are the notebooks and boxes? Our premium outer boxes are available in classic black or crisp white – perfect for making your logo pop. For the notebooks and other items, we’ll try to match the base colours as closely to your brand aesthetics as possible, depending on current stock.

6. I’m flying solo now, but what if my team grows? Then we celebrate your success! The Solopreneur Box is designed to get you started, but we see this as just the beginning of us working together. If you bring on a freelancer, a business partner, or hire your first employee, we can easily print individual branded notebooks, mugs, or pens with no minimum order quantities.

7. Is VAT included in the price? Yes, the £49 price tag includes VAT, shipping is extra. We can provide an invoice by email on request.
