We offer Royal Mail Tracked delivery on orders to mainland UK, which is free for orders over £10. These are usually delivered the next working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We also offer international shipping on most products to most EU countries, the US and Australia.

Our international orders are sent via Royal Mail International, and depending on where in the world an order is sent it can take between 3 and 21 days to arrive.

Tracking is provided on all orders once it is sent, this will be shown in your dispatch email.

We aim to send your order within 1 working day of receiving your payment. Orders received before 1pm, GMT, will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). (*Shipping will be calculated at checkout and any delivery costs required will be added at this point.)

Sweet Treat. Indulge with either a bar of Love Cocoa chocolate – there is something for every taste bud in our choices (includes vegan) or a packet of Lottie Shaw’s biscuits.

Unwind scented candle. Light this Coconut and Lime candle, breathe deep and be transported away from your day.

We will print your personal message and wrap your gift for you. Please leave your message at the check out, there is a separate box to leave a note for us if you need to.
